I believe you do require a sparql endpoint as this is how the SADI services are 
discovered.

http://biordf.net/sparql is the sparql endpoint for the SADI registry at 
http://sadiframework.org/registry/ so I don't think it would work for your SADI 
registry.

'http://sadiframework.org/registry/', maybe this should be the location of your 
repository.
