I've restarted Taverna then with no result, but not the system. Why Taverna is displaying registration window, not just using the folder settings? It behaves like that when there is no taverna folder in home folder and maybe it indicates that the previous, bug-reproducing content from folder is being overridden. From comparison by dates it looks like only "t2-database/" folder is being modified by Taverna start up. Maybe it can be suppressed?
