I didn't have any special kind of configuration in mind, I was just
wondering if it is possible to define a workflow with a file according to a
particular syntax.
I see that workflows might be translated into XML files, but it would be
tedious to write workflows this way. In the best case scenario, I'm looking
for a more readable syntax (such as YAML) that one can edit in a plain text
file and which would then be converted to the t2flow format, providing
default values.
Since I'm new to Taverna, I'm not sure if I'm ready yet to suggest a more
precise format, but it would have to include the different services used, a
graph of the workflow (which could be in Graphviz dot format), etc.

I guess I would have to write a script doing that. I just asked in case
someone has already written such a script. But you're right that by looking
at an XML file and an XSD, this shouldn't be too hard to write it.
Thank you for the quick reply!
