I was trying to open some workflows which used couple of
wsdls from http://phoebus.cs.man.ac.uk:1977/axis/services like
example:http://phoebus.cs.man.ac.uk:1977/axis/services/seq_analysis.parse_ddbj_gene_info?wsdl
May i ask if the services on phoebus are up .
