I'm new to all this but my understanding was that many of these classes
were downloaded the first call: so why does it keep trying to ping
BioMoby? (To see if updates?)

I'm not quite show how to switch from one source to the other? In my
soaplab2/build.properties this doesn't seem to be an option.

(On the other hand, Alan, I've got PPA running as a Web Service now so
am ready to Taverna-ise it!)
