I'm new to all this but my understanding was that many of these classes were downloaded the first call: so why does it keep trying to ping BioMoby? (To see if updates?) I'm not quite show how to switch from one source to the other? In my soaplab2/build.properties this doesn't seem to be an option. (On the other hand, Alan, I've got PPA running as a Web Service now so am ready to Taverna-ise it!) Thanks again, Michael -- Dr. Michael K.
