Hi to all I've managed to run a small workflow in the taverna server, but one thing is not clear to me.
The workflow has an inputDate input port and outputGraphic port, then I upload it to Taverna-server. I would except that: http://localhost:8080/taverna-server/rest/runs/UUID/input would return some reference to the inputData port and not: <ns2:runInputs> <ns2:baclava xlink:href="http://localhost:8080/taverna-server/rest/runs/UUID/input/baclava"/> </ns2:runInputs> To run the workflow I've set the inputDate with PUT in /input/input/inputDate, using the example XML in the doc. Question ?! How to do I discover the number and sort of input ports a worflow has ?!
