No, I didn't

No, I didn't delete these directories while the workflow was running.
I think this directories could not be created, maybe because there is
a limit on the number of subidrectories dependending on the file
system, is it possible?

I deleted the run in the results perspective as you said, but after
that the subdirectories were not deleted. I thought I had to re-start
Taverna, so I re-started taverna, but the subdirectories were still in
/tmp.
I tried to run again the 10000 iterations workflow (without deleting
the subdirectories manually), and again I got the same messages error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/tmp/usecase8702307436714080856dir/filetmp.txt (No such file or
directory)

I think the problem is a limit on the number of subdirectories,
because, this morning when I saw the workflow finished with this
error, I tried to open one application that I know it writes
something in /tmp when is starting-up (synaptic package manager) and
it gives me an error like "unable copy the authorization data" or
something similar, and after deleting manually these subdirectories, I
could start this application without problem.

I have started to run the workflow again, with the subdirectories
deleted manually, and I am sure the workflow will finish ok this time.
