Provenance is not really my area. Stian will know a lot better. He 
should be back on Monday.

I think that error normally does not matter and is wrongly thrown when 
the database already exists.

Was anything else locking the database e.g. a workbench?

If you run the workflow in the workbench, can you see the provenance then?
