I have tried connecting the ouput to some other CDK processor like
SMILES_File_Writer but it fails. That is why I thought the data wasn't read
properly.
My data files are ok, as I use them in other applications.
I have tried the SDF reader as well. It reads the data ok with no error,
but when I try to feed them into the next processor it fails. eg. SDFWriter
I know I am missing something here. Please help!
