Hello ,
I am trying to use the tool service in taverna 2.3.
Ok this is what i do :
1)i can connect to the amazon machine from my local Biolinux with ssh (i
have a key pair already established in both machines that means the keuys
at /home/username/.shh)
to connect i do : ssh ubuntu@ip
2)i'm creating a tool service
3)for tab "Command" i have a simple command "ls -la"
4)tab "Location" i have selected "Explicit location"
5) I have created an explicit location called "Cloud" with the following
fields
ssh
Host : ip of amazon machine
Port:22
working dir: /home/ubuntu
Link Command:/ln -s %%PATH_TO_ORIGINAL%% %%TARGET_NAME%%
copy command: in/cp %%PATH_TO_ORIGINAL%% %%TARGET_NAME%%
When i try to run the tool it doesn't fail but it keeps running and running
The first time that i ran it it asked me for a user-name and password (i
suppose that was for the amazon machine and i have provided )
The tool doesn't work for me...
Could you please help me , i'm running out of time ...
