Hello,
I downloaded Taverna 2.4 for Linux and trying to learn using tutorial
http://www.taverna.org.uk/pages/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Taverna2.1GettingStarted-Tutorial.pdf
But I can't add BLAST DDBJ service as mention in tutorial and I am getting
error "Could not read the WSLD definition from
http://xml.nig.ac.jp/wsdl/Blast.wsdl "
How can I resolve this problem?
May be the error is because of different version of Taverna, in such case
please suggest any/working tutorial similar to this one.
