How is the session variable passed to the WSDL web services? I do not 
think Taverna can currently do what you want.

As Elliot just wrote, this is strongly related to the setting of headers 
in the SOAP messages.

I wonder if Dmitry has thoughts on this.

Aside - the REST service has more capability in this area because you 
can specify arbitrary headers and the values for the headers can be 
passed into the service as parameter values.
