Replacement WSDL/SOAP or REST services are available. The new WSDL location is http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/services/soap/iprscan5?wsdl described at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/services/pfa/iprscan5_soap The REST API is described at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/services/pfa/iprscan5_rest The Taverna 2.4 starter pack has been updated to include a revised example.
