Try to call the 'ExecuteProcess_ogrbuffer' service. You can find the logs in the logs subfolder of the folder opened under Advanced -> Show logs and data folder. Can you then send taverna-*-2.5.0.log to [email protected] ? * is probably enterprise for you.
