Indeed. Currently only single-part messages can be seen this 
way (having shown the kludges); for the rest of them you'll need 
to export the message first...

That's a bug in M$ Outlook (IMHO). I believe you're speaking 
'bout that "utf7" encoding? It's not unicode, it's some gibberish, 
nothing more. I dunno how to make Outlook work all right, I 
don't use it.
