Ability to import and export filters would be good. Why? Because:
1. It would provide a backup of filters
2. Allow you to import rule sets into other accounts
3. someone else can think of number 3
Also, it would be could if we could script the rules in one file and import
it. I would like that anyone, but appreciate that not everyone would want it.
