live) Christian Gassmann wrote and made these points on the subject
of "Bug (?): Launching HTTP URLs":

That is a problem and I wouldn't like to even guess why.

This is not a problem because it is by design. To force a new browser
window use Shift-DoubleClick.
CG> The settings for HTTP URLs on my system are as follows:
CG> Command: <Path>\Netscape.exe
CG> DDE message: "%1",,0x0,,,,
CG> Application: NSShell
CG> DDE application not active: "%1"
CG> Topic: WWW_OpenURL
CG> Can someone confirm this? Is there a problem with the DDE settings?
