Not all clients use it. One notable example, it would seem, is Outlook
Express. I glanced at a few messages replies using OE and saw no
In-reply-To entry in the headers. However, Eudora, Pegasus and Forte
Agent use it.
PS// the double reply in threaded view problem just caught me again. You
