Hmmm. This is not simple. The RITlabs announcements list has to be a
"POST ONLY" member of our list. Because of the auto-subscribe nature
of both list we would need to perform a synchronised manual addition
of the membership to both list. I can add the name of the RIT
announcements list and make it post only. It's up to RIT to add
TBUDL to their announcements list without issuing confirmations.
