Hello developers, in former versions, when no lng-file was present in the Program-directory, The Bat showed a menu item in "Options / Language" offering to download the international language pack.
When no lng-file is present, the Options-menu doesn't contain the Language-item any more since the beginning of the 5.x-series. Is this desired behaviour or a bug?
