I am waiting on his call. It's quite embarrassing to have to call a person when you really would like to converse with them by email. The worry is that I have just assumed that previous emails have been sent but I am starting to have doubts especially emails to those people who you would like a response from but need to let them do it their own time. I hope RIT address some of these total showstoppers before rolling a nice-to-have extra feature.
