agree, there is no need to display older unresolved URLs, if user did not
downloaded them manually or created rule, he doesn't want it, so what is
the reason to display them in list?

never mind, I have tested this again and it seems, in "Deny all" mode, IDM
displays only URLs for selected message, when I move to other message and
open IDM, URLs are gone. And this is OK for me.
