Definitely this is IMAP. I tried the Rename/Move from the "Manage IMAP Folders" dialog. Unforunately this actually duplicates the directories at the moment and it doesn't move the cache, so I'll have to download all the mails again. Some of the folders have 2-3K messages in them, so this is not to be take lightly....
