A truly clean solution would be exporting existing filters in
human-readable form, checking they don't have anything strange in them, then
wiping everything connected with TB (including folders in "Application
data" and registry entries), reinstalling and recreating the
profile from scratch and importing the filters.
This guarantees that any internal inconsistencies in the database
that possibly cause the errors will be neutralized.
