Hello Tbbeta, Thanks to all the people who have sent us exceptions logs on of 8.2.4 or later versions, we have been able today to make use of them and fix a bug. Earlier I wrote that the logs weren't helpful, but today we have been able to make use of them and they turned out to be very helpful, thank you!
