I have to make some additions (in "deferred delivery mode"): It doesn't
work when using German language (ctrl+enter does nothing, shift+F2 says
"nothing to send"). It works when using English (queues in outbox).
So it stays as it was: For me as a user of German language, deferred
delivery mode there is still no shortcut to send (when online) mails
immediately.
