I've just found that when the Account Template is empty but I did define a Template in the AB it doesn't work. Only after setting up the Template in the Account Properties the AB-Templ. worked. For my understanding this is not correct. The AB-Template should function at any time regardless of what has being entered/defined in the Account Templates.
