It looks like you are using Windows editor. It is not possible to implement a while-you-type spell checker in it. When the HTML editor will be more polished, it will replace the current Windows editor and it will have a feature set closer to MicroEd with the exception of hard CRLFs and (possibly) free caret positioning. Before that, you can use the "Spell checker|Check before send/queue" editor menu option... -- All the Best!
