Microsoft Oultlook problem, 2nd posting

Hello again,

This is my second posting about this problem. It seems that on
occasion, I receive e-mail that were sent to me using Outlook or OE.
These particular e-mail, on occasion, cannot be viewed using the Bat!
The preview pane is simply grayed out ! I would like some answers
other than "Its an Outlook bug", because I do not believe it is. This
I can confirm because I also use Pegasus mail, and I can view the
message perfectly. Here is the source view...
