Yes, with one small addition - Internal S/MIME stores _own_ certificates
(private and public keys pair) in account's data, CAs and other people
certificate - in addressbooks

MS CryptoAPI simply can't handle (and even knows) about possible different
locations, knows only available in Content| Certificates
