I can't find them there either. But they nevertheless work:

  <ctrl>+<numpad+> opens one thread
  <ctrl>+<numpad-> closes one thread
  <ctrl>+<numpad*> opens all threads
  <ctrl>+<shift>+<numpad*> closes all threads
