Click on the half obscured email address at the web archive. You will
see an image of the email address, human readable but not (at least not
easily) machine readable.

This is strange. Are you talking about
<mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ? I find it hard to
believe this information can differ between my message base and yours.
Not that I don't trust you, just that I'm very surprised.
