On Thursday, May 13, 2004, at 10:02:49 PM, fear chilled people's souls
as Stefan Tanurkov whispered in a sinister voice:

> [+] (In works) "New|Chat folder" command to create "Watchers" for
> threads. I.e. you should be able to add message to that folder and
> all new messages referring to any message in that folder should
> also appear in that folder

I would highly advise AGAINST doing it this way. The concept is nice,
but the solution seems short-sighted...

A much better solution, in my opinion - as done by Forte Agent, by the
way - is to have a flag: "watched" (or "ignored", while at it). With
proper view modes, a folder could easily be switched to display "only
watched threads", or "only not ignored threads", or a VF could be
created for the same purpose. Result - the same functionality, but far
more possibilities.

Less different functions, while more versatility on existing ones, is
the key to user-friendliness - and less hassle to manage it,
concept-wise, too.
