As long as they are in my AB I just assign the correct one - German private, German business, English private, English business - to them. Whenever I now write a message the correct QTs are invoked without my doing something. For people not in my AB I just use the QT handle and <Ctrl>+<Space>, not completely automatic but early as fast and hassle-free. I am sure with filters and RegEx (not my strong side) you could even automate this completely.
