Ah so. A most mysterious behavior. And once that button appears, it
stays visible on the other template tabs even if you don't click
anywhere in the text area. Of course, once you close the Account
Properties dialog box and reopen it, the button is grayed out again...
until you do the click thing.

Thanks Hendrik. It is good to know that this button just wants to play peekaboo.
