Such projects are very good for either very specialised info or broad
subjects. Never seen it done successfully for (non-trivial) software
documentation.

And actually, it doesn't release RITLabs from providing a proper
documentation, specifically a help file. Come on, even Agent has a
rather good help and PDF manual.
