As a workaround you can use TBPajsMacro plugin http://ajs.pisem.net/ with
something like below:
%SysInfo("Windows #wn#was v.#wma.#wmi.#wbd, up 
")%if:'%SysInfo("#ud")'>'0':'%SysInfo("#ud days, ")':''%SysInfo("#uhh #umm 
#uss")

Works fine on my home 2k3.
