TB! doesn't load any web content into a message (i.e. no graphics, or whatever is referenced from a remote source), why should it implement a HTTP and FTP driven (which would be the minimum for a 'Save target as' function) downloader? I see the idea behind this feature request (especially for PDF files which, opened in a browser window, can be a PITA if one want's them as a local copy on the harddrive). But at the same time I see the can of worms that's opened with implementing HTTP functionality: the immediate request for "please load pictures into message" follows, and I don't think The Bat! is ready for this yet nor does it apply to the philosophy of The Bat! and it's message handling in regard to security issues (security as in 'viruses', 'web bugs', et al). -- Regards Peter Palmreuther (The Bat! v3.5 Return RC5 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2) P.S.: Any typos, misspellings and other errors are property of the author and due to too much consume of champaign ...
