Every once in a while after performing a send/receive The Bat will be visible on screen but the window will not take focus (The Bat will not respond to mouse clicks nor alt-key combinations). In that case I right-click on The Bat in the toolbar and select close and then re-open The Bat and everything is fine again.
But, with v3.5 asking to save the view mode changes my only recourse is to kill the bat from the task manager.
