The get mail then no focus happened again. As usual left-clicking does not work. I attempted alt-key combinations and those did not work. BUT, RIGHT-CLICKING over an item would bring up the appropriate context menu! Also, when I right-clicked on The Bat! in the toolbar and selected close it brought up the view mode has changed... dialog box. When I hovered the mouse over the yes and no buttons the button the mouse pointer was over was highlighted in the usual way.
