(While preserving them somewhere as a text file, for back-up.) As near as my new ISP and my new Server Provider and I could figure out (he is familiar with The Bat!), there was some sort of cross-contamination of settings going on. Although that explanation did not make sense to him, I think. We never did know for sure what made things start to go right--except that they did after I erased the settings of the first TB! account.
