Here are a few: 1.- TB itself. With such a broad range of functionality and options, TB is certainly not obvious to the first time user. As I have suggested before on this list, I think that taking advantage of Customisation, there could be 2 or 3 default menu configurations (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced). I think I don't need to explain further what I mean. 2.- Customisation of fonts. I'm quite sure that one of the first things any (first time) users tries to customise is fonts. I really think these should all be available in a single and "obvious" place. 3.- Available Items in Customise. As I recently wrote in this list: "The list of Available options in the left window of Customise is anything but intuitive. Some names seem quite weird and options are many times difficult to find and/or understand what they mean and do. I think the list of Available Items, similarly to Current Items, should be named to reflect the name of the menus the user sees (Message, Specials, Folder, Account, etc., etc.) and each of these menus include the corresponding expandable submenus. I think this would be much more intuitive for most users." 4.- Where is each View Mode being used? Say you have defined a number of view modes, can you easily tell which folders are using each of them? Aside of the discussion if Memos should be saved in the TBI file or somewhere else, I think there should be an easy way to indicate that a message is using the Memo field or at least an easy way to display only message that do include/have a Memo field, much in the way it is done for Read/unread, parked, not parked, etc. More later... -- Best regards, Miguel A.
