I don't know where you're based Mark (Belgium?) but here in the UK I'm not aware of any mainstream ISP offering IMAP mail services.

In the past I've asked a few of them whether they have any plans to implement IMAP and they've all indicated they haven't. However, you're right, there is a growth in the number of specialised mail facilitators offering good value, high quality mail services - and I suspect this market will increase substantially as people realise the advantages of IMAP, and portable hardware develops to take advantage of the benefit of not being tied to one computer to manage email.
