Hi all, I just finished trying this new beta and still am not up to continuing with it. It does seem faster, and I'm quite impressed that just after starting and even with a lot of folder updating occuring, I can select a message from a folder and in a few moments, it's loaded.
- the duplications seem to be cured by deleting the cache for the problem folders. However: - I just selected my Junk Mail folder and deleted all messages. The attached capture shows what persisted until a restart. - I keep seeing folders with the unread colour, however, with no new message count. I select the folder and hit the keystroke to take me to the next unread message. I'm taken to a series of unread messages that I had actually read before. I guess I could ignore the colouring unless I see an unread number beside the folder. However, new arrivals while the folder is selected may be evident only by a colour change, i.e., there's unread count to indicate new messages. - Inexplicable 'no message loaded' incidents occur. I'm browsing along just fine and then a message will not load. Reload doesn't work.
