The message is not sent to the Outbox. I've tried it too with messages in
the Inbox and an incoming message filter. I've just tried it again with
your latest message but no better.
I've tried triggering with the re-filter menu item and the log shows it has
been filtered but the message does not move anywhere. In case the message
was placed somewhere other than the Outbox I tried the send icon and got
the error message 'Nothing to send'
