I just went and had a look at the "Submission Forms" help (I've actually removed all references to them from my toolbars) and it's all double dutch to me! Can't understand a word of it. Pages and pages of detailed instructions for them which is just terrific - hands up anyone who actually uses them though :-( Then I go to "Customization" and there are just those paltry 4 lines that you quoted, virtually no help at all on something that almost every user wishes to use, often extensively, to set their own preferences.
