Sometimes a little guidance would be quite welcome. Endless AVs, no
hints on the reasons for crashes etc. The idea to have an "except.log"
that helps the programmers to increase TB's stability deserves a
sonsequent handling by TB itself. Wouldn't it be good if every
"exception" would be stored in that file?
