No, it was one of the folders that did not change since the time I setup
the IMAP account.

In "Manage IMAP folders" the synchronize checkbox of this folder was not
checked. I changed this and tried again, also disconnected from the IMAP
server and connected again. No luck.

I also tried to change the mail which should get moved to the local POP3
account to unread again. Also no luck.

Is there something special I have to look at for IMAP filter rules which I
simply forgot or do not know?

Ah thank you. Clearly a problem which sat in front of the computer. ;-)

Worked as you described.

Well ok no big problem for me.

But this filter problem really is a showstopper for me in my particular
setup I want to run here (as described in my first mail).
