"Cannot Create Shell Notification Icon" has been with us for 3
versions. I get it when I MINIMIZE the bat, still leaving the bat
loaded. I must delete it from the Task manager
In v 13 I keep getting this error - the bat is minimized and the error
continues unless I access it with <ALT><TAB>
