That's what making it difficult to solve. In the seven years that I'm using TB, it has never happened to me. In the two months you've been using TB, you've reported it twice. Apparently we're using TB in a different way. I've 100-150 folders Some are using as archive, some are used as container for subfolders Most of them get their messages automatically, some their contents manually. Some have identities or folder templates set, some have not. All folders are created manually, none by filters. I don't use common or virtual folders.
